This policy explains how Credit Comeup handles information when you use our website and mobile app.
We use the information you provide to create and operate your account, including your name, email address, profile information, and account identifier. Community features process your posts, comments, photos, videos, messages, and member connections. When you choose to share a location in a check-in, that information becomes part of the content you share.
We use membership purchase history and community activity records to operate memberships, community features, and qualifying commission activities. The app also uses device and notification identifiers to deliver push notifications.
We use this information to provide the service, manage accounts and memberships, display community content, support member communications, deliver notifications, and respond to support requests. Content you share with members is visible according to the audience and features you use.
Credit Comeup does not sell member information. We do not use member data for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not run paid advertising.
Stripe is Credit Comeup's payment processor for membership payments made through our website checkout. Information needed to complete a payment is processed by Stripe to provide this service. Stripe's handling of payment information is described in its Privacy Policy.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver app push notifications. This service processes the device and notification identifiers needed to deliver those notifications. These service providers support app functionality; our use of them is not for third-party advertising or cross-company tracking.
You can use the account deletion control available through the app's Account menu or the website to delete your account. When your account is deleted, your account information is removed and deleted from the Credit Comeup website immediately. This statement concerns Credit Comeup's website records; payment information processed by Stripe is handled under Stripe's own privacy policy.
You can choose what content to post or share and manage notification permissions in your device settings.
