Removing old addresses and incorrect spelling of names

I’ve written all 3 credit beaures requesting they remove old addresses, incorrect spelling of my name and old work addresses. Nothing has worked. How should the letter be worded? Side note I did send a copy of my DL as proof of address.

Memberpointsguy Dwight Call each credit agency and ask them to delete the addresses and incorrect names over the phone.
