Coincidentally, When I woke at 4:30am this morning to go on my daily 5mile walk it was storming.

I didn’t quit my fitness goal.

Instead,

I adapted by rearranging my schedule,

finishing other tasks,

and going walking now when it’s less rain.

My adaptability is keeping me on track,
