Beloved, one reason God allows suffering is so that you will depend on Him. Suffering reveals the true value of God’s grace. Sometimes, you may think that grace was only something you experienced when you were saved, but you must remember that God's grace is active and relevant in your life right now.

Romans 5:3 says, "And not only that, but we glory in tribulations also, knowing that tribulation produces patience."
